Sitting Up!

Grayson is getting really strong and is very close to sitting up by herself.

Little Animal

We took Grayson to the Santa Barbara Zoo today.  It was her first Zoo experience and my first visit to the Santa Barbara Zoo.  Since Grayson is so into her "animal friends," we thought she might enjoy seeing them in real life.

We found this cute little baby hatching out of an egg.

Solid Food

Grayson started eating solid food last week and seems to be enjoying it.  Here are some photos from her first rice cereal experience!

Then we let her wash it down with a little taste of the Rockies...just kidding.

Chatty Grayson

Just this week Grayson has started "talking" to us.  She is pretty selective about when she will do it but once she gets going, she's extremely chatty.  In this particular video, she seemed to be giving her animals a piece of her mind.  Especially that noisy giraffe.

Bathtime!

Grayson is still a huge fan of bathtime.  It is her favorite thing to do by far and we get a good kick out of her excitement too.

When she first gets in, she's a little apprehensive.  We take this opportunity to wash her hair and get her all clean while she's not moving around too much.

Then she remembers how much fun the bath is, takes a deep breath, and gets splashing.

She's constantly looking at Craig and I as if to say, "Am I doing it right?"

"This is good splashing, right Mom?"

Football Season Begins!

We are so excited for Grayson's first football season!  She has been going to the weight room with Daddy all summer and is very impressed with the progress the players have made.

Pebble Beach #2

We took our second family vacation to Pebble Beach last weekend to meet Uncle Nick and Aunt Emily. We had a great time!
